Fifteen minutes before you are ready to eat breakfast, squeeze the juice of a lemon in a medium 8oz. glass of warm water and drink it.

ORANGE JUICE or GRAPEFRUIT JUICE 8

ounces. You can take more if you desire, but be sure that you take eight ounces at least.

COTTAGE CHEESE, GREEK YOGURT (THIS A BUILDER), OR CHIA SEED PUDDING

5 level tablespoons. No more, no less.

FRESH FRUIT

One-half pound. You may eat more, but be sure to eat at least one-half pound. You can eat one kind of fruit or you can mix.

Remember, no BANANAS or AVOCADOS. If you really need it, you can have one cup of coffee.

Between breakfast and lunch you should drink all the FRUIT and VEGETABLE JUICE you can hold. Also, eat fresh raw vegetables and fruit. The more live food you put down, the more thorough the cleansing. You can go to places that make fresh juices! Try to only have fresh juice and as little canned juice as possible (none at all would be ideal.)

Make a lot of VEGETABLE BROTH.

Between breakfast and lunch consume as much broth and fruit and vegetable juices as you can hold. A minimum of 8oz of plain pure water is also suggested. Eat a variety of raw vegetables and fruits. The more you consume, the more effective the cleansing. The minerals in the broth are very important!

VEGETABLE BROTH

Drink two cups during the meal (sometimes I’ll drink mine before the meal!)

SALAD

Make a chopped salad of fresh raw vegetables. Use a dressing of olive oil, lemon juice and salt. Eat at least EIGHT LEVEL TABLESPOONS, more if you desire. Use four of the vegetables listed below.

Artichokes, asparagus, beans, beets, brussels sprouts, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, cucumbers, celery, dandelions, endive, egg plant, fresh green corn, fresh green peas, green peppers, kale, kohlrabi, lettuce, lotus, okra, onions, parsley, parsnips, pumpkin, radishes, rutabagas, salsify, spinach, squash, swiss chard, tomatoes, turnips (you may use the leaves or tops also.)

DESSERT

Fresh fruit dessert with a little pure honey.
